TFIA organised a series of forums in April 2008 to facilitate ideas and the development of policy which would would then be used to present and prosecute the TCF industry's case to the TCF Review conducted by Professor Roy Green.
In September 2008 the Minister for Innovation, Industry, Science and Research, Senator Kim Carr MP, released Professor Green's report titled 'Building Innovative Capability'. The report made 15 policy recommendations.
Once again TFIA canvassed its members and the TCF industry for a response. In January 2009 TFIA submitted the following response to recommendations in the TCF Review.
