TFIA Business Services identifies and manages cost-effective, quality training that services the needs of the TCF industry.
TFIA Business Services has extensive experience in assessing funds and incentives for employing and training new staff, and can also assist with the range of programs that are available to existing employees. These include nationally accredited training which can both recognise current skills, and provide gap training to ensure employees have the latest skills and competencies.

LMF31208 CERTIFICATE III in FLOORING TECHNOLOGY - APRENTICESHIP PROGRAM
This apprenticeship program is supported and partially funded by Skills Victoria and is applicable to new apprentices. Consists of on-the-job training using flexible training strategies at the apprentice's place of employment.

TAE40110 CERTIFICATE IV in TRAINING and ASSESSMENT
If you are thinking about a career as a trainer in the Vocational and Education Training sector then this is the course for you! The National Quality Council states that by 1 July 2013, trainers must hold the TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment as a minimum qualification, and assessors must hold the TAE10 Assessor Skill Set, or be able to demonstrate equivalence of competencies.
