We can deliver a range of quality training options and have extensive experience in accessing funds and incentives for employing and training new staff.
A range of programs are available for existing employees. They include nationally accredited training, which can both recognise current skills and provide gap training to ensure employees have the latest skills and competencies.

This apprenticeship program is supported and partially funded by Skills Victoria and is applicable to new apprentices. Consists of on-the-job training using flexible training strategies at the apprentice's place of employment.

Trade Teachers/Trainers Conference Report
Read about the first floor covering trade teachers/trainers conference held in Melbourne in July in the Aug/Sep 2011 edition of Flooring Magazine.
The idea came about after a discussion between TFIA's Mark Willis and Skills Tech's Shane Eales that there was a need to develop resources to support the 74 units of competencies developed for the Certificate II and Certificate III in Flooring Technology.
